With the latest version of Android, Google is ready to improve the Auto-fill password feature. This new feature is already being tested on Gboard.
Google is improving the auto-filling password feature to make an easy way to login. Currently, Android has to recognize a password field in applications and browsers, and sometimes it can fail very hard on it.

This feature is quite similar to the UI on iOS. Now, the company plans to improve the autofill feature experience across all the apps with the latest Android 11. Google has already begun testing the feature with the Gboard and some users are also reporting that show 1Password propagation login suggestions to Gboard.
Updating your app to enable the feature will require both a third-party keyboard and a password manager. And, to enjoy the new feature, you’ll need to be released on Android 11 or at least beta until its official launch next month.
