Samsung August 2022 security patch update making its way to every single device, which was earlier started with the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy S20. Now again the update is released for Galaxy S20 device owners in South Korea.

This August 2022 security patch will bring fixes for your Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphones and will let you experience a great and enhanced device performance, by fixing several bugs and issues which existed on your device.
Samsung releases its monthly security patch to optimize the performance of the device and to boost the interpretation of the overall system. So like every monthly patch this will also give your smartphone an enhanced booster pack.
According to the changelog, this update also brings upgrades to over 11 stock apps including Galaxy Wearables, Samsung Kids, Samsung Note, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health, SmartThings, Samsung Members, Samsung Pay, Calculator, Smart Switch and the Voice recorder.
Additionally, Samsung’s August 2022 security maintenance release mention fixes for over 31 vulnerabilities including CVEs and SVEs from Google and Samsung which are related to Samsung DeX, Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi service, DesktopSystemUI, Samsung Dialer, and many more.
The update is currently rolling out in the home ground and the company will expand it to more regions in the coming days or weeks. If you are using Galaxy S20 and residing in South Korea then you can download and install this update on your phone.
To download the update manually, just go to the Settings of your phone here scroll down and tap on the Software Update menu now search for the latest update once its available on your screen hit the Download button, and Install the update.
