ColorOS 13 Privacy and Security Feature
Along with other features, Oppo ColorOS 13 also brings new privacy and security features to the desktop, including automatic encryption that can detect and blur profile images and names in chat screenshots. ColorOS’s Private Secure feature for encrypting data using AES has also been improved.
Enhanced privacy and security have been a priority for ColorOS since its inception. ColorOS 13 integrates the basic privacy protection features of Android 13. For instance, the system automatically deletes the clipboard history in a short period of time to prevent malware from revealing confidential information.
Additionally, the Nearby Wi-Fi 6 feature allows users to enjoy Wi-Fi without revealing their specific location. OPPO’s self-developed technology plays an equally important role in enhancing privacy and security.
Depending on the on-device algorithmic model, Auto Pixelate can automatically detect and blur profile images and names in chat screenshots with a single tap. The new personal vault is encrypted with the widely used Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), a level of security.
ColorOS 13 provides privacy protection and security that users can rely on, based on recognized security standards and privacy certifications such as ePrivacy, TRUSTe, ISO27701, and ISO27001.
Other than this, the new ColorOS 13 includes a unique system theme palette based on the color change of light between sunrise and sunset over the ocean, updated fonts for easy-to-reading, and cards that provide clear and readable ordering information visually.
The latest ColorOS 13 brings new animations to your desktop for smoother, more natural, and realistic interactions. It has the latest quantum animation engine that gives you precise feedback while navigating the user interface.
In addition, ColorOS 13 includes a new shadow-reflective clock widget that accurately displays the passage of time, a dedicated IoT Device Control Module, and new Control Center media playback controls.
