Before going ahead, be aware that LineageOS and other custom ROMs do not by default pass Google’s SafetyNet tests, even after installing Google apps. You’ll notice that certain programs won’t operate and others, like Netflix, can be hidden from Play Store search results.

You must unlock the bootloader and flash a custom recovery like TWRP in order to install LineageOS 19 on OnePlus 7 and 7T series. Install TWRP and a custom ROM. After it is finished, flash the custom ROM on the device by following the directions on the LineageOS Wiki.
