Commenting on the subject, a user said that he frequently face this issue after the OxygenOS 13 installation. Besides, he said that in addition to the Community app, the log-in issues appear for the OnePlus account as well.

But it looks like, the issue was not due to the software upgrade. On contrary, a consumer said that his device is running on OOS 11, where the community app is resulting in the respective issue while things are fine with OxygenOS 13.
Accordingly, the Platform team heard of the complaints and responded that they are already working to fix the problem. Since the developers have acknowledged the issue on time, there will be soon an update on this matter with positive details.
Gladly, a OnePlus moderator recently pinned out the “UPDATE” note and said that the issue has been resolved and users can conveniently log in to the Community App.
