OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone users have started inspecting the OxygenOS 13 beta update and found a strange Photos App-related issue. Thanks to the developer team for recognizing the bug on time, and giving instant relief by rolling out an effective solution.
In recent few days, several users have been facing the Photos/ Gallery app issue on their OnePlus Nord 2 handsets, after the OOS 13 latest installation. Since it is a beta version, the occurrence of such issues is a common situation, which often ends with a stable update.

The story outline begins when a Nord 2 phone holder said that his device has lost all the files from the Album section after installing the OxygenOS 13 beta version. On the flip side, the respective application is not supporting the Private Safe feature as well, unlike before.

Agreeing with the statement, many users said that they are dealing with the same issue. Although, they didn’t find any solution to it. Gladly, the company has made some official words on this topic and explained why the issue is arising on the devices.
Consequently, a OnePlus moderator said that due to a large number of users facing the same issue, the company has fixed all the Photos app-related problems in the newest version of the application. Such issues generally take place when the app is not updated to the fresh version.
“It seems that some users have encountered some problems while using Photos App. We want you to know that all the problems have been fixed in the newest version [13.1.32] of Photos App.”
All you have to do is, update the Photos application of your device to the latest build. You can identify the new version with v13.1.32. Before proceeding with the upgrade, do not forget to check the storage space of your device.
It is worth mentioning that often the applications are not compatible with the latest software version due to their old builds. Hence, it is better to run the apps on their new builds and keep them up-to-date.
