Back in December 2022, Google redesigned its Google Keep app for Wear OS customers, which obtained new features for notes and to-do lists. And now, the Google Keep app added two new Google Keep watch face complications for the Wear OS watches including Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5.
As per the info, the complications with Google Keep for Wear OS arise from the two options having similar looks and functionalities including Add Notes and Add List. Additionally, this Watch faces complications of Google Keep for Wear OS is widely available with version 5.23.102.03.

However, both options have almost the same icon type on WeaOS. Whereas, when you click on the circular shortcut of one of those options, you will have to choose between voice or keyboard input. The launch follows the addition of the Single Note home screen widget on Android earlier this month.

The company released the short note widget for Google Keep to easily manage your notes and check off to the do list right from the home screen. The ability to tap/mark complete, especially for lists is a big upgrade, which is available for Android smartphones and watches.
Consequently, users of Android smartphones can use this widget to easily access the notes but it is very difficult to identify the correct option with the same functionality and icons on the small screen of the watch.
