Yesterday, Samsung began releasing the April 2023 security update for the 4G variant of the S20 Fan Edition, and now the company has dispatched the latest firmware for Galaxy S20 FE 5G devices. The update has arrived with One UI build version G781U1UESAGWC7.
April 2023 security update aims to boost the performance of your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G models and further encourage its reliability. In addition, the firmware will also enhance the security of the phone and improve the stability for a better user experience.
Not only this but the update also works to resolve some common issues of the system and protect the device from harmful threats. For this, the patch mentions fixes for over 60 vulnerabilities and exposures including 5 Critical, 46 High, and 1 Moderate level CVEs.
However, the update is initially rolling out in the US and it’s particularly released for the unlocked S20 FE 5G models on the T-Mobile network. Thus, if you are using Galaxy S20 F3 5G and residing in the US, then you are suitable to check and download the patch manually.
