Samsung Galaxy S23 series is now receiving the June 2023 Android security update at Verizon network in the US. This latest firmware aims to enhance the security grades of your handy gadget and protect users’ data against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
The update brings various improvements and fixes to known security issues, in order to provide a seamless experience. The June 2023 security maintenance release also mentions fixes for a total of 53 exploits including 50 CVEs and 3 SVE items from Google and Samsung.
Moving on, the users of Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra at Verizon network will be able to determine the June 2023 security update via the One UI build version S911USQU1AWF3, S916USQU1AWF3, and S918USQU1AWF3 respectively.
To check the firmware availability on your device, just go to the Settings menu, select Software Update, and then tap on Download and Install. If the update is available, you will be prompted to install it on your device. It is recommended to connect to a stable Wi-Fi network and ensure that your device has sufficient battery power before initiating the update.
