WhatsApp releases ‘forwarding message’ feature for channels

WhatsApp is releasing a new forwarding message feature for channels. A major aim behind this addition is to enable creators to expand their audience and improve channels for a better user experience. Let’s grab some more details on this matter.

So far, the company has rolled out the Channels section to 7 countries and is now trying to improve it before a wider rollout. As a result of which, WhatsApp integrates a forwarding message feature to channels.

Eventually, creators would be able to increase the audience by getting new followers. To be specific, the forwarded message will contain a new entry point (link) that will allow recipients to easily follow the channel by selecting View channel, in case it’s a public channel.
