The Chinese tech giant has started rolling out the enhancements and fixes of the August 2023 Android security update for the Xiaomi 11i smartphones. Simultaneously, the firmware is available in India at the moment and will expand to more region users in the coming days or weeks.
According to the information, the consumers of Xiaomi 11i devices will be able to identify the August 2023 update via the MIUI build version V14.0.4.0.TKTINXM and need to install a 248MB package size.
Moving on, the latest firmware will improve the core mechanism of the system and provides increased security for the system, ensuring that confidential data and sensitive information remain safe and secure. It may also resolve some common bugs and glitches that may have been found in the system.
However, the update can be installed manually via Settings > About Phone > System Updates > MIUI version > Download & Install.
