Nothing has recently confirmed a major upgrade for the first-gen phone users, which is arriving next week. In the meantime, the company is serving Phone (2) users with a new Nothing OS 2.0.2a software update which is full of new improvements and optimizations.
According to the official blog, the tech giant has rolled out the Nothing OS 2.0.2a update for the Phone (2) devices. While the previous build landed on the surface with several significant revamps, the new version focuses more on the camera aspects and has an updated HDR mode for low-light situations.

- Improved clarity of faces in indoor environments
- Optimized highlight levels in low-light environments
- Added an UI element to show when HDR is active
- Optimized highlight exposure when shooting in HDR
- Reduced dull tones when shooting in HDR
- Resolved the halo effect issue in Portrait Mode when shooting in HDR
Note that the update is approaching users gradually with a software package of 58.02MB. It could take a few days to complete the rollout hence, wait patiently and have a nice day.
