Android 14 release date is still a major question among smartphone users and it looks like we may see the official software version alongside Pixel 8 series launch on October 04. Thanks to the well-known Android analyst @MishaalRahman for dropping some new revealings on this matter.
Google continues to push new Android 14 beta builds for its Pixel devices while we have been expecting the official launch by the end of August, just like Android 13. However, the tech giant has delayed the stable Android 14 release this time and is tipped to show it off alongside the Pixel 8 series.
According to Mishaal, today, a new software update, probably Android 14 was hearsay to land on the surface. Google generally drops such updates on the first Monday of each month but it often delays due to a US holiday. (Yesterday was Labor Day in the US)
Further, the observer said that the tech giant will publish the Android 14 Security Release Notes on October 04. Hence, we can expect the same date as the launch of the stable version. Eventually, it would be the first time the company has pushed back a new Android version to coincide with the Pixel device launch.
Hearing now that the source code release of Android 14 has been delayed to next month.
This decision seems to have been made very late, as even OEMs were anticipating that the release would be today.

Things are still running in rumors and speculations. Perhaps, Google may prove these statements wrong by releasing Android 14 before the mentioned date. Let’s wait and see how this matter progresses in the coming days.
