Google has been in the headlines for bringing a redesigned Assistant At a Glance widget for all Android devices. Finally, this capability is live for users with the latest Android Feature Drop update and rolling out gradually to all phones.
The US tech giant has not updated the current widget on Android devices since releasing a fixed Pixel Launcher version with Android 12. As of now, the redesigned Assistant At a Glance widget is ready for Android and comes with a Material You outlook.
Further, it shows the weather tab in an M3 shape at the right whereas the text is at the left side. The pill-shaped frame also supports two lines of text along with a three-dot overflow menu for additional options.
Notably, At a Glance redesigned is available for all devices running the Android 9 or above operating system. The feature is arriving in a phased rollout and will take a few days to cover all the units.
