Android Auto users are reporting a new bug nowadays which causes the significant navigation bar to disappear. Though the issue is not affecting many individuals for the time being, it’s still interrupting the seamless experience for some consumers.
For your information, the navigation bar in Android Auto shows up at the bottom of the screen and lets you switch between applications. Users can further access Google Assistant, open the app drawer, or view the details given on the dashboard.
Eventually, the Android Auto navigation bar plays an important role in our daily lives but due to a nasty bug, the prominent feature is missing for some users. Following this issue, the bottom portion of the screen is blank.
It is worth mentioning that users can still opt for surfing apps as well as music controls without the navigation bar. However, this issue restricts from using the full versions of applications and locks a person into that particular app for the rest of the session.
No doubt, Google will soon fix the problem. By that time, you can try out uninstalling updates to the Android Auto app and clearing the cache to get temporary relief from the defect.
