However, now it seems like the wait of players is coming to an end, as the BGMI 2.8 update is tipped to be released on October 10, 2023.
According to the information of GamerPlayesTweet, the BGMI 2.8 update will be available on October 10. Whereas, the Zombie update will be available from 11 October. The new update will bring lots of new features like the zombie mode, superpower abilities similar to the current Dragon Ball, and more.
However, you can download the latest BGMI version manually once the update comes in, through the steps given below.
- Firstly, open the BGMI app
- Got to the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on the “Updates” button
- Head to the “Download” button and tap on it to download the new update
- Wait for the update to get downloaded
- Tap on the “Install” button to install the new 2.8 update
