Microsoft has started alerting around 365 email senders about the new Google anti-spam rules. Eventually, if admins don’t follow the latest announced regulations, then the Android developer might tag those emails as spam or directly reject them.
As per the revealings, the US tech giant recently brought in new rules for email senders. Perhaps, those who want to send a large number of emails should know and obey some guidelines. In addition, Microsoft states that admins can opt for on-premises or a third-party provider, in case their emails get rejected.
The information further reveals that Google will bring anti-spam rules into action by February 1st, 2024, but Microsoft is already working on it. Here is what the company said:
“By setting up email authentication for your domain, you can ensure that your messages are less likely to be rejected or marked as spam by email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, and Outlook.com. This is especially important when sending bulk email as it helps maintain the deliverability and reputation of your email campaigns.”
