OPPO is serving the ColorOS 14 alpha update to the A77 5G smartphones which installs the latest October 2023 fixes. This is significant firmware as the company has brought in improvements for every section of the device and boosts the overall functioning of the internal system.
Starting with the version, OPPO A77 is getting the ColorOS 14 alpha update with the CPH2385_14.0.0.52 (EX01) build version. Don’t worry about the software package as the firmware only weighs around 62.18MB. But before proceeding, ensure a complete backup of the device to avoid data loss.
In terms of availability, the firmware is making its way to a handful of OPPO A77 smartphone users, who have participated in the beta phase. However, the company will soon begin public testing after the official launch of ColorOS 14.
