When AOD is enabled, users encounter the display flickering issue on the Apple Watch. Notably, this defect is affecting the latest Series 9 and Ultra 2 wrist gadgets. Moreover, the respective problem has been troubling users since last month.
User’s statement:
“Sometimes when I raise my wrist, my Apple Watch 9 flickers once as it wakes up. This seems to be a recurring problem with Apple Watches.”
Responding to this matter, the company said that service providers won’t repair the affected watches. Instead, users need to keep their devices up to date. This hints that Apple will drop a fix on the problem in the upcoming days.
