Fitbit is giving a new makeover to its Help Center page, which provides a cleaner, more intuitive, and more user-friendly interface. Notably, Google announced a big transformation, and one way that’s already manifesting is with a new Fitbit Help Center, as it’s now founded and hosted by Google.
According to the information, the Fitbit Help articles can now be found and hosted on support.google.com/fitbit after previously being located at help.fitbit.com. The content remains the same, while the interface has some tweaks which will provide a more intuitive interface while using Fitbit Help Center.
Fitbit has also moved all its PDF manuals to the Google domain, including historic ones like Fitbit One and the Flyer Bluetooth headphones. However, the Live support chat and Fitbit Community which is also known as support forum are still handled by Fitbit rather than using Google’s solution.
