Xiaomi is working on its first clamshell device called Mix Flip which is expected to feature several upgraded features and capabilities such the Satellite connectivity support. Yes, the upcoming foldable phone from the Chinese tech giant is making its way to destroy the glory of Samsung’s Galaxy foldable devices.
According to the latest information, Xiaomi Mix Flip has recently been spotted on MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification, with model number 2311BPN23C, simultaneously, the listing further confirms the presence of satellite connectivity on the device.
Other than this, the certification didn’t reveal any specific details about the first clamshell model of Xiaomi. However, previous leaks also suggest Xiaomi could ship the Mix Flip with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which is the same as the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the device has also made its appearance on IMEI database.
