Apple has not yet released the Vision Pro, the company’s first headset officially, but has already released a VisionOS 1.0.1 software update. However, the tech maker has not yet shared the details or we can say the offerings that the latest and first update brings for Vision Pro headset devices in the US.
Notably, the all-new VisionOS 1.0.1 software update comes with build number 21N311 and it is expected to bring fixes for some bugs and regular improvements to enrich the Apple Vision Pro headset performance. Consequently, Apple will likely unveil a larger visionOS 2.0 update with new features at WWDC in June.
However, the US tech giant would start shipping Vision Pro review units to selected media personnel soon, so visionOS 1.0.1 could be available on those headsets as an immediate update out of the box. It could also be a day-one update for the public if initial Vision Pro units ship with visionOS 1.0 installed.
