In October 2023, the YouTube Music app underwent some UI transformation on iOS devices, and the redesigned Now Playing overflow menu has now started to appear on Android. YouTube Music app is designed specifically for music streaming. It has features such as smart downloads, offline mixtapes, lyrics, and more.
YouTube Music already offers several functionalities and now Android users have started to see the redesigned overflow menu, which will elevate the experience and offer users a more seamless Music streaming. The application now offers large buttons at the top of the sheet for Play Next, Save to Playlist and Share.
Notably, the Now Playing menu offers a carousel that provides access to common actions: like/dislike, Comments, Save to playlist, Share, Download, and Radio. Accordingly, the redesign of the Now Playing overflow menu has started to roll out on Android and may take some time to become available widely.
