Samsung has recently shared the February 2024 software update plan for Galaxy devices and this revised policy shows that the Korean tech giant giving farewell to three of its devices including Galaxy A15, Galaxy Tab S6, and Galaxy A01. It means these devices will not get blessed with further offerings.
Samsung updates its software update plan every month which shows the inclusion and exclusion of Galaxy devices, just like the current one. As Samsung added Galaxy S24, Galaxy 24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, and some more devices to the software update list, but removed three of its popular models at the same time.
Hence, the Galaxy A51, Galaxy Tab S6, and Galaxy A01 devices will no longer receive fixes and improvements of the security patches or new features with software updates. The users of these devices will have to remain with what they are, but we suggest opting for a new Galaxy model because updates are necessary for the appropriate interpretation of the device.
