The leaks and rumors about Google’s next flagship lineup continue to make rounds on the internet giving users hints at what they can expect. While, in the meantime, an unreleased Google Pixel device codenamed Tokay has surfaced on Geekbench 5 listing with Tensor G4 chip and this could be the Pixel 9 model.
As to the details, an apparent Google Pixel 9 smartphone has appeared on Geekbench with a Tensor G4 SoC to offer powerful performance and an Android 14 operating system. It’s also worth mentioning that, this is the first time when Google’s upcoming flagship device has emerged on a benchmark or a certification website.
Moving on, the listing also reveals that the upcoming Pixel smartphone will use an octa-core processor with a prime core clocked at 3.10GHz, three cores clocked at 2.60GHz frequency, and four cores at 1.95GHz. There will also be an integrated Mali G715 GPU and 8GB of RAM.
Last but not least, the upcoming Pixel device with the codename Tokay has scored lower points as compared with Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro Geekbench 5 benchmark scores with the 1082 single core and 3121 multi-core points.
