Samsung’s July 2024 security update is now live for the Galaxy S22 series. This latest patch brings performance improvements, security enhancements, and fixes for bugs and glitches that may have been discovered in the system.
Going toward the details, the owners of Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra will be able to determine the July 2024 update via the build versions S901BXXSBEXFF, S906BXXSBEXFF, and S908BXXSBEXFF respectively.
Accordingly, the patch is live for the Galaxy S22 series in Europe at the moment. However, it will expand to more region users soon. So just have patience and wait for your turn.
The July 2024 security patch fixes 25 vulnerabilities discovered in Android and 33 vulnerabilities exclusive to Galaxy devices. Additionally, the update addresses 2 exceptions CVEs that don’t affect Samsung Galaxy devices.
