Samsung has recently rolled out a new software update with fingerprint recognition improvement to the Galaxy A50. This latest update was supposed to improve the fingerprint recognition performance but it did the opposite.
According to multiple complaints, Samsung Galaxy A50 smartphone users are facing a problem with the fingerprint registration process.
Several users have reached to Samsung official support forum with their same issue with fingerprint registration. Most of them facing problems while registration of new fingerprints. Additionally, users are getting notification “to clean fingerprint sensor” even the sensor is already clean.
The software version of this update is A505FDDS3ASK8/A505FNXXS3ASK9. We hope Samsung will soon rollout the fix for this issue.
