Samsung has already started rolling out the March 2020 security patch to its smartphones. The company has released the March patch to the Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ in Switzerland. The update only includes the latest security patch.

Samsung will probably release the new (Galaxy S20) features for the Galaxy S10 series in the next software update.
If you have the device and want to check for the software update, just head into the device Settings app, then go for the Software update, and tap on Download and install.
