When Samsung released the Good Lock 2020, it updated all app modules with One UI 2.0 (Android 10) support. All of the Good Lock 2020 apps were working on the Galaxy Note 10 except one app, NavStar.
Samsung confirmed previously that the latest NavStar app for the Galaxy Note 10 users will only be supported after a software update. Well, it now has started working again on the Galaxy Note 10.
Samsung One UI 3.0: Eligible devices, Features, and Release Date
Samsung recently rolled out a major One UI 2.1 update for the Galaxy Note 10 users. It comes with several useful features and the April 2020 security patch. Samsung didn’t mention anything about the NavStar app in the changelog but it is now working without any issue.

We can confirm that the NavStar app is running on the Galaxy Note 10 units. Just make sure, after the successful installation of the latest software update, you need to delete the NavStar app and reinstall to get working on your Note 10.
