Samsung has a new flagship, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, with new camera setup and camera lenses. It has a 40MP selfie camera and 4 cameras on its back. The main lens is 108MP, the telephoto lens is 48MP (with 10x optical zoom), and the Ultra-Wide lens is 12MP. It also has a Time of Flight sensor.
Here’s the list of eligible Samsung devices that will get the One UI 3.0/Android 11
All of the above solid camera specs aren’t enough for Dxomark. The questionable camera review platform gives only 122 points to Samsung’s best smartphone with a 108MP camera, while it gave 128 points to Huawei’s P40 Pro with 50MP main camera.
Note: Samsung has already rolled out many software updates with improvements for the camera performance and picture quality. It also improved the focus issue.

With 122 points, the Galaxy S20 Ultra puts into joint 6th place alongside the Honor V30 Pro in the self-claimed camera review platform ranking.
Dxomark said “with a very good Photo score of 132 means you can be assured of generally excellent still image quality”, but not satisfied with the camera quality as the platform loves Huawei products, sorry Apple and Google.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra can record 8K video recording ability but Dxomark can’t test it (could not handle it because Huawei can’t do this). It puts the S20 Ultra behind the Huawei P40 Pro and Oppo Find X2 Pro at 105 and 104 points, respectively. The platform gave an overall Video score of 102 points to the S20 Ultra.
