Samsung is now rolling out a new software update for the international units of the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+. It comes with the June 2020 security patch and some important improvements.
According to the changelog, it improved the stability of the camera and Wi-Fi connectivity. It also improved the Touch Screen stability, it will probably fix the touch-responsive issues reported by some users.

The software version of this update is N970FXXU4CTE9 and N975FXXU4CTE9 for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ respectively. Check the complete changelog below:

To update the version on your device, you will need to have a minimum battery charge of 20%. You may be prompted to update when it’s available, otherwise, system updates can be done over a Wi-Fi connection or with the Software Upgrade Assistant.
To manually check for updates, navigate to Settings > System update. If your system is up-to-date, you don’t need to do anything further. Otherwise, tap Download and install to update your phone.
