Oppo has started rolling out a major OS update for the Oppo F7 with ColorOS 7 based on Android 10. It brings many new features including a system-wide dark mode, new navigation gestures, improved Digital Wellbeing tools, Focus mode, and a revamped Camera UI.

As announced by the company:
“An unlimited quota of users in India, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Pakistan, Philippines, Algeria, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Egypt, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Morocco, Kazakhstan are set for this version.”
The software version of this update is CPH1819EX_11.F.11. You must be running the ColorOS 6 based CPH1819EX_11.C.12/C.13/C.14. It also brings the June 2020 security patch.
You should get the OTA update on your phones very soon, or you can manually check for the update by heading to the Settings > Software Updates and tapping on Trial Version from the gear menu.
