The 90fps support is available to OnePlus users worldwide with the expectation of those in Mainland China, Japan, and Korea. This exclusive experience remains to these OnePlus devices from August 6, 2020 to September 6, 2020.
However, the 90fps toggle on PUBG Mobile has arrived via a server-side update. You may need to restart your OnePlus Mobile if the option does not show. FYI, the Chinese version of the game, Game of Peace, already has 90fps support.
