According to the information, this latest One UI 3.0 beta build for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra brings the November 2020 security patch for better device security. The changelog adds some bug fixes, device performance enhancements, and improvements in the stability of these phones.
It comes with software versions: G981U1UEU1ZTJQ, G986U1UEU1ZTJQ, and G988U1UEU1ZTJQ for the Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra respectively. The update package weighs around 830MB. READ MORE HERE.

After starting the One UI 3.0 beta program, Samsung is now rolling out to the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 beta update to the Galaxy S20 series users in the UK.

Earlier this month, Samsung began the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 beta program for the Galaxy S20 series in the US and Korea. The company is now sending a new software update, which brings a new One UI 3.0 beta for the unlocked Galaxy S20 series units in the US.
The changelog doesn’t confirm anything new but it comes with October 2020 security patch. The size of this update is over 200MB. You can check the software versions below:
- Galaxy S20: G981U1UEU1ZTJA
- Galaxy S20+: G986U1UEU1ZTJA
- Galaxy S20 Ultra: G988U1UEU1ZTJA
If you have the unlocked device in the US and want to check for the latest software update, just head to the device Settings and tap on the Software update menu.
Samsung has recently rolled out another One UI 3.0 beta build for the Galaxy S20 series users in Korea. In addition, the company has now started the One UI 3.0 beta program for the Exynos users in Germany.
