Honor has released a new update for the Honor V30 series that comes with Android security patches released in September 2020. This update improves system security and provides stability to the device.
On the other side, the Honor V30 series already selected for MagicUI 4.0 beta testing and received its second MagicUI 4 beta. This beta software update is currently available for Chinese users only and may soon expand for global users.

UPDATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Through Setting:
- Open Settings on your device
- Click on system & updates
- Click on the software update
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
- Reboot the device
Through Support app:
- Open the Support app on your device
- If not installed, download it from the play store
- Open service tab
- Tap on update
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button
- Install updates
