Huawei has launched its annual flagship lineup Huawei Mate 40 series on October 22 at the global launch conference and Mate 40 Pro is available for pre-booking in the European market. However, this flagship series will launch on 30 October in China
Now, Huawei is releasing the first software update for one of the models of the Huawei Mate 40 series, Huawei Mate 40 Pro. This update installs the September 2020 security patch and brings a dual-view recording mode, added Huawei Store app, optimizes the video editing function, and more.
Huawei Mate 40 Pro brings the powerful 5nm Kirin 9000 processor, pre-installed EMUI 11, professional camera technology, and much more exciting features.

Through Setting:
- Open Settings on your device
- Click on system & updates
- Click on the software update
- Check for updates
- Click on the download button
- Install updates
- After completion of the installation, the reboot option appears onscreen
