As reported by the Brazilian website Tecnoblog (via 9to5mac), the new Galaxy S21 5G, Galaxy S21+ 5G, and Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G have just been approved by ANATEL in Brazil, like FCC. These new devices have the codenames SM-G991B/DS, SM-G996B/DS, and SM-G998B/DS, respectively.
According to ANATEL documents, all three new Galaxy S21 phones will not have a Charger and Headphones included in the box.
A recent rumor also claimed that the company is likely to charge you less for the Galaxy S21 series, as compared to the Galaxy S20 series.
It is not the first time when Samsung is copying Apple after mocking the US-based tech company. In 2017, Apple removed the headphone jack from iPhones, Samsung removed it from its flagship smartphones launched in 2019.
Well, some countries are not happy with Apple’s decision of removing the charger from the box. In Brazil, a consumer protection agency ordered Apple to review its decision to remove chargers from the iPhone box. French has also asked companies to include the headphones with the box.
