Recently, WhatsApp has updated its terms of services and prompting users to agree with the new policies to continue using the app. The new WhatsApp policies force users to agree with their data sharing among all the Facebook companies.
Due to the updated policies of WhatsApp, numerous of its users are finding its alternative, even they have started switching to Telegram, Signal, and other platforms. According to the official info, WhatsApp clarified that the new terms of services don’t affect the privacy of user’s messages. Even, the Facebook-owned company claimed that this update includes changes related to messaging a business on WhatsApp, which is optional and provides further transparency about how we collect and use data.
As we know, the new policies of WhatsApp will be effected from February 8, 2021. And, WhatsApp users have to agree with the new terms of services otherwise they have to delete their WhatsApp account.
