To getting progress in the charging technology, the company has launched several products in the market to support it. After launching several fast chargers, Xiaomi is now preparing to launch another fast charger.
A new Xiaomi charger with model number MDY-12-EU has spotted on the TUV Rheinland certification database. As per a reliable tipster, it is a new GaN charger of Xiaomi.
This charger could support 11V 6.1A up to 67.1W fast charging. Xiaomi’s upcoming mid-range devices can use the same fast charging technology support.
Currently, there is little information about Xiaomi’s upcoming GaN charger, but given that it has been certified so we expect it to be officially launched in the next few days or weeks. The charger may be released later this month with the upcoming smartphone.
To be mentioned, the GaN charger uses gallium nitride semiconductor materials, which have ultra-high thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance, and acid-alkali resistance.
