Now, the latest report claims that everything is not going well with Redmi Note 10 series smartphones, and users are complaining about problems found in the smartphone’s main components (display).
This is not only a problem with one smartphone in the series, but the owners of various models in the entire lineup are complaining about the phone’s performance.
Users have complained on Twitter that the automatic display freezes, unresponsiveness issues, and excessive flickering when the screen is in 120Hz mode or dark mode activated.
A user also stated that after experiencing a performance issue with the Redmi Note 10, he replaced it with the new Redmi Note 10 in the service department. Unfortunately, the new device also proved to be faulty, and the problem was allegedly caused by a software bug.
One of the Redmi Note 10 Pro owners reported of flicker of the display while using 120Hz mode. By activating the standard 60 Hz, the flicker can be reduced. Other users complained about a similar defect, but the defect appeared when the dark subject was switched on.
Although, the company is aware of all these complaints and has recently issued a statement. According to Xiaomi, the display problem is only present in a small number of Redmi Note 10 series smartphones, and the company is taking all steps to find a solution.
“We are aware of the issues that a few users are facing on Redmi Note 10 Pro. These issues have been reported by less than 0.001% of Note 10 series user base. We are working to find a solution at the earliest. As a committed brand, our endeavor is to continue delivering on our consumer expectations.
Our devices go through rigorous tests with a 10-point quality check, to ensure that we meet the highest quality standards. We are looking into the matter on top priority and regret the inconvenience caused to our consumers.”
