The streaming media giant Netflix is redesigning its children’s files to make them more visually attractive and highlight popular characters in children’s shows. Netflix reveals a row of children’s favorite shows on the home screen, and the characters in the show appear at the top of the title box.
Netflix stated that the decision to show the characters in the show is to help children better identify their favorite shows. “We want to express a show in the way that children are most familiar with characters -,Michelle Parsons, product manager of Netflix Children and Family, told Variety magazine.
“It’s like a child When they walk into their room, they know where each Lego brick is.”For a show to appear in the “favorite show” column, children must watch it at least once.
The programs that appear in the “favorite list” are not only made by Netflix but also selected programs from all Netflix catalogs. The updated version is now available in Netflix’s TV app, and Netflix will test the new version on phones and tablets in the coming months.
