Following the announcement of the Among Us’ major update with a new map “TheAirship, millions of users are eagerly waiting for its official launch.
Moving forward, this major update is now available with the latest functions for players which is more advanced than previous maps, including launchers and elevators that players must use to access different areas of the ship.

The game also comes with an Airship Skin Pack that you can buy. It includes 3 new skins (one of which has a custom killer animation) and 13 new hats. You can see some of them at the beginning of the airship’s trailer.
And now, Among Us rolling out its new update with super exciting news for this dev log as we work on fixing bugs and getting everything ready for our next update. But here’s a quick rundown of what developers are working on.
Bug Updates
– Pink Blobs: On certain Android devices and Chromebooks, players have reported the crewmate sprites appearing as weird pink rectangles. Android devices are always particularly tricky because every individual device has its own features we need to account for!
– Bug Fixes: Here’s a brief summary of what’s been fixed though:
- Airship uses proper background on Create Game screen now
- Authentication issues when players tried to sign in has been fixed on PC and mobile
- Miscellaneous fixes to text/font
- Ping counter re-added
- Region text no longer always shows North America, even when in other regions
- “PLAYERNAME left the game.” alignment fixed
- Another scaling/formatting issues fixed
- Miscellaneous fixes to accounts
- Mostly backend stuff
- Reflow in 2021.4.12 removed MismatchedProductUserIDs and NullContinuanceToken errors (multi account/device support)
- Vitals color bug has been “fixed” (vitals no longer shows color names at all)
