To locate the Tilt-Shift mode, scroll through the modes by swiping left on the modes ribbon.
Thanks to OxygenOS 11, which provides a bunch of options in the camera menu as you can also adjust the degree of the bokeh as per your liking while tilting.
Tap on the circular icon on the left, and slowly drag the slider left (or right) as per the need.
Lastly, the orientation of the frame automatically changes when you switch from landscape to portrait.
