POCO is delivering a new software update for POCO M3 and POCO M2 Pro users. It mainly installs the Android patch released in May 2021 to enhance the system security.

For POCO M2 Pro, the update also brings a new feature to Xiaomi Cloud that reported automatically before the device is powered off. However, there’s no new feature or change noted in the latest update for POCO M3.
Currently, the update is rolling out for India variants of POCO M2 Pro and Global variants of POCO M3. Below you can check the updated software version, download link, and changelog of this update.

Here’s how to check for updates manually
- From the Home Screen swipe down.
- Tap on the Settings icon.
- Select About phone.
- Hit on MIUI version menu.
- Finally click on Download update.
