Huawei is releasing yet another software update for Mate 40, P40, and Mate 30 devices running the latest HarmonyOS 2. These are the top flagships from Huawei that have been on the priority list of the company for the HarmonyOS 2.0 upgrade.
The new firmware brings optimizations for the content display of the calendar interface and further, it also optimizes the sound experience of the Bluetooth headsets in some scenarios while playing games. Besides this, there are no other additional features noted on the changelog.
Just after the unveiling of its new OS, the company has announced a beta program for these above-mentioned devices. However, the beta activity is currently limited in China and we are still waiting for the company to expand it internationally.

Even the first stable update for 18 topmost devices have been released including Mate 40, P40, Mate 30, Mate X2, and MatePad Pro. Users of these mentioned devices can now install the stable HarmonyOS 2.0 without participating in the beta program.
Before you update to the latest version, do take a backup of your important data and use a stable connection to download the package. Remember this update won’t erase your data, you can check the adapting models and version numbers below.
Note: This update is currently rolling out for the Huawei developers, who registered in the developer beta testing earlier. Gradually, it will expand to the users of the below-mentioned devices.
