Huawei taking good care of its smartphone by sending several improvements and optimizations, Not only it’s own but even the Honor devices running HarmonyOS 2.0 are taken care of. According to the latest info, Huawei began rolling out a new software update for select Honor phones.
To be mentioned, these Honor devices have received their first closed beta last month, and after that Huawei is now releasing a HarmonyOS based software update to devices including Honor 30, V30, 20, V20, and more.

After checking out the release note of this update, it is known that the aforementioned Honor devices are getting optimizations in Celia voice assistant for a better user experience. Furthermore, the update also brings support for Huawei FreeBuds 4 in the Super Device functionality.
These Honor phones can identify the latest HarmonyOS software update with HarmonyOS 2.0 version 2.0.0.145 upgraded from version 2.0.0.135. The update comes with a download package of 737MB.

However, this software update is only available for the select Honor phones in China that took part in the beta program. The company is soon expected to expand the reach of HarmonyOS to the global market, while the official plan still awaits.
HarmonyOS 2.0 and the global rollout!
The global rollout of the HarmonyOS still seems far, as the company has not yet revealed its full proof plan for the international market. Since its launch, the HarmonyOS 2.0 is still revolving around Chinese users and there is no clue about its global expansion yet.
Though, the reports and some intuitions suggest that the company will likely start the rollout as soon as after the P50 launch or most probably in the fourth quarter of this year. Looking at the speed of the process, the global release seems very near.
