Huawei officially confirmed the launch date of its upcoming P series flagships, the Huawei P50. According to the latest info, the Huawei P50 phones aren’t going to be China exclusive as a representative from Finland confirms the Huawei P50 global launch.
Huawei P50 series is likely to be consist of three models namely Huawei P50, P50 Pro, and P50 Pro Plus. All of them will be pre-equipped with the new HarmonyOS 2.0, Huawei’s self-developed operating system.

In addition, the company has also released two different teasers for its upcoming handsets, though the videos doesn’t reveal much about the design, we just figured out how camera-centric phones these are gonna be.

Teasers have revealed the exception zooming capabilities that are coming to these handsets. Also, the previous report suggests the same, the P50 models are said to feature a 20X optical and a 200X digital zoom.

The Huawei P50 phones will come with two different chipsets, at the initial stage with Kirin 9000, while they might be equipped with Snapdragon 888 in the upcoming version. While it could be possible that the company differentiates the P50 units as Kirin and Snapdragon-based models for different regions.
Also, the previous reports suggest that the Huawei P50 will be using most of its components from Chinese manufacturers. As these phones won’t be using the components from the foreign OEM’s it will be interesting to see how much quality will they have using the domestic ones.
