In the absence of these services, there won’t be any kinds of announcements reaching the users. All the software upgrades will only be known directly via OTA. The reason for Huawei Forum going under maintenance could be the HarmonyOS 2.0.
After the company started rolling out its new operating system. The number of users reaching the forum has increased over time. And it was difficult for the server to handle such a vast number of visitors. Thus, the company has to upgrade and maintain the balance to provide a smooth service without any delay.
