POCO is sending a new software update for POCO F2 Pro users in Europe. It comes with an August 2021 security patch for system security enhancement.

Previously, this device received an MIUI 12.5 update with a bunch of new features including new animation, dynamic gestures, sound, super wallpapers, MIUI+, and more as well as improved system security by the July 2021 security patch.

Here’s how to check for updates manually
- From the Home Screen swipe down.
- Tap on Settings icon.
- Select About phone.
- Hit on MIUI version menu.
- Finally, click on Download update
