Samsung’s next most anticipated smartphone, Galaxy S21 FE, could be released before the Galaxy S22 series. Many rumors indicate that the device won’t be released, while some of them hint at the arrival of select countries.

A well-known tipster, Jon Prosser recently claimed that Samsung has postponed the release of the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone in January 2021, (via Sammyfans)and the event may be held on January 11, 2022. If the company launches the FE version in January next year, the Galaxy S22 series may be launched a few months later.

Recently, Samsung confirmed that it will hold Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 on October 20, and there is no information about the upcoming product. However, Samsung is expected to reveal more information about One UI 4.0 and new applications.

Apart from this, some reports also revealed that the South Korean tech giant may announce the Galaxy S21 FE on Galaxy Unpacked Part 2. If the company decides to launch the Galaxy S21 FE in January 2022, the next Galaxy S flagship lineup will definitely be displayed at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona.

Last month, it was reported that the company only produced 10,000 Galaxy S21 FE devices, and later reportedly decided to cancel the release. By canceling the S21 FE, Samsung could expect to launch the Galaxy S22 series before the Galaxy S21 series.

The Galaxy S21 FE Google Play Console list shows some of its key specifications, such as 6GB of memory and an FHD+ sAMOLED display. On the front, it will have a 6.4-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz, pre-installed One UI 3.1 based on Android 11, a 4370mAh battery, and a 12MP main camera.
